PEP 4102-Specific instructions for Sports and Fitness and K-12 Unit plan
This is the correct order in which you unit plan must be organized:
Grading rubric must go first!!!!!!!!!!! Please do not forget to attach this rubric and include your name on it!
Page 1– Title of unit, your full name, date it is due, title of the class, name of the Professor
Page 2- Rationale for your choices in your unit – why are you doing what you are doing and how will it impact your selected group later on in life? 4- 5 sentences in length
Page 3– Develop a list of daily requirements/rules for your gym/classroom

Page 4- Your warm up
Page 5– your stretches
Page 6– your cool down
Pages 7- Here is where you will put your ONE lesson plan that needs to be typed using the COE format.. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IT CAN NOT BE THE SAME LESSON PLAN AS THE ONE YOU WILL USE FOR YOUR TEACH VIDEO. Be descriptive. LEAVE THE REFLECTION PART BLANK. ( this will be completed later once you teach the lesson) COMPLETE ALL OTHER PARTS AS THEY APPLY. Please remember to use the proper sunshine state standards and demonstrate that you have a clear understanding on how to implement the FEAPS listed on the original instructions for this project. You may site the FEAPS I have listed for this project on your lesson plans, but the lessons themselves must demonstrate this understanding. Here are the FEAPS you must master through this project :
