This may be based on the fact that the taxes which are paid by the local community should be geared towards assisting those who reside within the country. The taxes paid subsidizes the costs of fees for the students from within but the foreign ones have to pay for the full costs, a factor which makes the cost of schooling to be expensive for them (Kim, para 12).
One glaring reason as to why the cost of education is increasingly going higher is because of the fact that the cost of academic materials are also rising.
