These may be grants from any current EU Funding policy and they may focus on the development of one or more geographical regions (as defined by the EU) or economic sectors (for example, those emphasized in the Lisbon Criteria). Assess how each funding source could contribute to the economic development and growth of the member state that you have chosen.
