Successful completion of the 243SAM portfolio is designed to help students develop the skills required to find fulfilling and appropriate graduate placements and jobs by equipping them to satisfy employers who seek to recruit students with academic knowledge of their field, transferable skills such as team working and presentation skills, who know what their strengths are and can provide evidence to show how they have acquired and developed them.
