A calculated column “annual bonus” to the table “WorksFor” ( annual bonus equals 12% of the salary)
A view that provides an information on every store’s managers, employees, and their salaries, per city.
A new table “Vendor” associated with the table “Company”
Add at least one secondary index to the non-key attribute of your choice.
When you’ve finished, generate the script, copy and paste it to Notepad document, and submit it as an email attachment by Sunday at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Note: When scripting the database, be sure to check that the “Script Indexes” option is set to “True” (to check, click the “Advanced” button on the “Scripting Options” tab and look under “Table/View Options”) – sql script files should be attached as text file.

Assume that companies may be located in several cities. Find all companies located in every city in which the “BigStore” is located.
Find the names of managers who manage more than 5 employees living in “Richmond”.
