Task 1
It is Literature synthesis (week 3)
1. This 750 word count please not more than 10%. Check the instructions in file (Task1.doc)
2. Please make introduction, headings and subheadings ……………conclusions.
3. Use only 5-6 sources do not exceed 6 plz
4. Make sure these sources are reliable it is very important.
5. Read each previous week workbased problem to understand the problem in this week assignment to fulfill the instruction.
6. use graph of picture to elaborate more as it is important to support your article To build up a picture or a problem based place ……etc.
7- this task is 75% of total mark from assignment week5 while task2 is 25% o please give more effort in TASK 1
8- PLEASE MAKE DIFFERENT BIBLIOGRAPHY in each task DON’T put ALL TASKS IN ONE Big bibliography at the end of the assignment it is wrong. make them separate after each task .

This write-up summarises how your workplace-based issue was problematised over the preceding weeks in change and crisis of this module and how the problematising process impacted the final statement of this issue as a workplace-based problem.
This stage of problematising is an opportunity to reframe your present understanding of the workplace-based problem you identified initially by applying the literature and learning from the module, your Critical Literature Review, and Learning Set discussions to the problematising process.
As a result of the problematising process, address the following in your write-up:
How has your workplace-based problem been redefined as a result of the problematising process?
How has your Critical Literature Review and other resources from the module supported your approach to solving your identified problem?
How have your desired outcomes, both organisationally and personally, evolved as a result of learning and Learning Set discussions in this module thus far? (Mention some of my classmate contributions and idea which have helped me for more understanding )
How have the ideas and practices covered so far in this module influenced how you would go about understanding, resolving and implementing solutions to your work-based problem?
How will you move forward in the problem-solving process for your next asignment?
