As per instruction I should discuss why theme of section that I have chosen is an important issue in contemporary business and economy, and how it relates to your own business environment or why it does not.
For example the view of shareholder value linked to short-termism, vs. some of the other literatures which explain its relevance in terms of long-term value creation, I would need to build an argument between the two perspectives and then form a conclusion.
