The table shows 57.5% of the sample are males whereas 42.5% of the sample are females. 12 out of 23 males are highly motivated which is 52.2% of the gender. Apart from that only 10% of the males show no motivation. 10 out of 17 females are highly motivated which is 58.8% of the gender. Only 1 female out of 23 shows no motivation which is 5.95 of the gender. The bar chart shown below also portrays this.
