For each practical part, you are required to provide:   The complete C code (with comments) Program flow diagram of your applications A explanation of your design choices Testing procedures with screen printouts of the working applications Part 1 Design and implement C application that enables recording and managing student data. The application must: Record multiple student entries containing (first name, last name, date of birth, and ID). Enable display of all past data. Enable addition and deletion of records. Enhance you application by adding: A search functionality that uses key words to retrieve records. Add file saving functionality so that data are stored in a file and retrieved upon application start (As opposed to being lost when the application is closed). Note you code should be user friendly with a menu and free from bugs. Use Functions and modularity in all parts of the code. Also use structure arrays as a data container.   40 marks   Part 2 Using Proteus VSM, you are required to simulate a voting system using the PIC16F Microcontroller. The system has as input 8 switches capturing anonymous votes from 8 individuals as follows: When a switch is closed this indicates a “YES” vote When  a switch is open this indicates a “NO” vote The output is a set of 3 LEDs (Green , Yellow and Red) which will display as follows: Green LED turns on if the majority votes “YES” Yellow LED turns on if there are as many “YES”s as “NO”s. Red LED turns on if the majority votes “NO”. Hint: Start by implementing and testing the switches, then the LEDs then write code to count how many switches are on at a given time. 40 marks
