Dependent variable: real estate prices
Independent variables: money supply, credit loan, interest rate
Main hypotheses: 1. whether time series are stationary or not
2. whether a linear combination of a set of non-stationary series has a cointegration relationship or not
5. Brief description of the econometric techniques to be used. Explain how this fits with the data identified in (3) and how this tests the hypothesis in (4).
Economic techniques: ADF test, Johansen cointegration test, maybe granger causality test.
Explanation: ADF test for testing whether above for time series are stationary or not. If not, use cointegration test to set a combination of above four variables with a cointegration relationship.
