You would do well to model your report on a journal paper in Journals such as IEEE, Elsevier journals or many others. However, it is basically a standard engineering report. Write a single report covering sections modelling and control (don’t separate them). This should critically present the experimental work undertaken in the laboratory work, include reference to the work published by others where appropriate, present and discuss the results obtained with reference to any background material and draw appropriate conclusions from the results obtained.
