After graduating from the University, you have been successful in being appointed to a new job as adviser to the Minister for the Environment in your home country (Mongolia). The Minister is particularly interested in how you would estimate the non-marketed environmental values that your PES scheme is targeted to deliver and is keen to see a draft of the questionnaire you would use to collect data relating to the estimation task you propose.
Finally, the Minister would like to hear your views on the likelihood of success you judge for the PES scheme you design. Should she recommend the implementation of your plan?
