The coursework has TWO (2) parts:
(1) The MAIN COURSEWORK TEXT – where you answer the question below;
(2) The RESEARCH LOG – where you log and reflect upon the research that you did in preparing the coursework. A recommended format follows the question.
The Log is separate from and in addition to your Bibliography, Table of Cases, etc.
The word limit for the main coursework text is a maximum of 2,500 words. The main coursework text is worth 80% of your marks for this element of the module.
The word limit for the Research Log is a minimum of 500 words, and it may well be considerably longer than that. The Research Log is worth 20% of your marks for this element of the module.
