Unfortunately, disability prejudice still exists today in our community. The disadvantages that society imposes on people with disabilities is reflected often when an individual seeks a job with decent employment hours. Due to their disability, many individuals aren’t provided with the same work hours as others, therefore, their needs are not met because they face this prejudice. In fact, at a vocational rehabilitation center it has been stated that hours have been reduce from this population and they take advantage of their salaries. Individual feel oppresses from society because of how the public associates with their disabilities. Society treats these individuals as second-class citizens or fear them just for the fact of their physical appearances or disabilities.

Decide who Is affected and how they are affected by the issue. The person impacted is the client. Might be the client or the staff.
Decide what the main causes of the issue are. Root causes, it might be the lack of money (due to the lack of money they cannot not professionalize the work force)

Review proposed solutions to determine their impact on social justice.
Determine how they made improvement and how they impact the larger issue.
